Internet Affiliate Advertizing - 5 Tips You Need to Know to Succeed

You may be reading this because you are interesting in make money online through internet affiliate advertizing. This may be due to the fact you just lost your job, want to make extra money on the side, or perhaps you are just sick of being talked down to by people that have no right to. All of those I can relate to, and are why I started internet affiliate advertising. 1. Turn off the content network in PPC advertising campaigns. If you don't, this will cause you to get a large number of non-targeted clicks which is going to just cost you money and decrease your ROI.

2. Concentrate on either PPC campaigns or article advertising when you first start. You need to become a pro at one of these first and then tackle the other. The reason for this is the same reason why an orthopedic surgeon makes way more per year than a general practitioner.

I recommend you start with article advertising, this way you can learn how to market and target your audience first, and this will help big time with writing PPC ads and knowing which keywords will generate you more sales. Plus article advertising is free, and who wants to spend money to make money when they don't have to. Internet affiliate advertising is literally the only way I can think of where you can make money without spending money.

3. Research your niche before looking at any kind of product. I can tell you from experience that it is MUCH easier to generate sales from a niche when you have researched it, and know something about it before you write articles about it, or create a landing page for that niche. People are going to be so much more likely to buy from you if they think you know what you are talking about. For example, who are you going to trust a cardiac surgeon who can't even tell you which side of the heart pumps blood to the lungs and which side pumps it to the rest of the body, or are you going to trust a doctor that can tell you which every vein and artery that supplies blood to the heart. You don't need to know everything about your niche, but it just needs to seem like you do know.

4. Research your target audience before looking at any kind of product. You need to exactly know what the consumer wants. This is the best all and end all of all internet affiliate advertising. It's what we do. Give the consumer what they want, and how are you going to be able to do that if you don't know what they want. Go to forums on your niche. There are so many forums available that it would be impossible not to find one. Go through the posts, look at what the people are complaining about, what they want, how they talk. If you can translate their wants, needs, and the way they talk into a landing page, the consumer will look at it, and think...hmmm this page was exactly what I was looking for. This way, your chances of making a sale have just exponentially increased.

5. Get support. Although some of the great internet affiliate advertisers have claimed to make tons of money online by finding out their methods on their own, all of them have had mentors. True story. Maybe you could do it on your own but it will take you so much longer than if you were part of some kind of internet marketing community. Where you can ask questions, and get more information on internet marketing advertising from the best in the business everyday. This will accelerate your success to financial freedom so much faster.
